This is Violet Waters from Mel Odom. This is the limited edition "white dress" version that was only available during the 2001 toy fair in New York City. The box and the card are both signed by Mel Odom and Tim Kennedy the designer.

This is a very hard to find limited edition Doll production was limited to 350 dolls. She has been adult owned and is in pristine condition. The box shows some wear.
