No is doll included in this listing. This is a reproduction dress made for Patti Playpal by Ashton Drake. It's so pretty on vintage Patti Playpals as you can see from the pictures. Patti doll shown is not included in this listing but if you are interested in her let me know as I may list her at one point. Dress shows some wear to velvet such as some rubs but overall is nice. One button in the back is just a little loose. White undershirt is cute but has a few stains. Two most noticeable ones are one on the sleeve and one near the buttons.
