Rare Real-life Baby Doll Marsha, Denise Farmer 2006 Srd Reborn Blonde, Blue Eyes

Doll is signed Denise Farmer on back and was apparently made in 2006. I don't know what "SRD" stands for but I'm hoping someone here does. I can't find any dolls like it with open eyes for sale, the ones I found are all closed eyed. May be a rare find? A bit homely but this only makes her more adorable!
