" MELODY" Porcelain Bride By Ashton Drakes Galleries. She is the first doll in the Forever Starts Today collection by artist Cindy McClure and issued by the Ashton-Drake Galleries. The edition of "Melody" ended in 2000. She wears a satin dress with an opulent faux pearl and sequin encrusted train.
The details on this bride's wedding dress are just stunning. She can be posed in many different ways. Pearls, sequins, and leaves also cover the lower half of the gallon and bodice.
The back is adorned with a large satin bow at the back of the waist line, and a string a faux pearls elegantly top her hair. White ribbons gather in her hairpiece. The very upper part of the bodice is a see-through type of fabric. She wears a find lace trim to under skirt and a tiered lace trim petticoat in the back. She has porcelain head arms and leg long curly blonde hair and very blue eyes. She is 22 including the stand which is also beautiful made of satin.Extremely RARE especially in this condition!! This Doll is in MINT CONDITION!!
