Dolls are in new condition. Each one has a soft scent of baby powder. Boy in the blue cup cries (you need to press the button attached to the doll's back) girl in the light violet onsie does not cry, the battery tray is empty. (I placed batteries to try it out but either my batteries were dead or the mechanism needs to be looked at).

The string on the pink baby girl side needs to be pulled hard to make it work. When you pull the string her head moves around gently.
