Derby Dreams 2003 Convention Doll , included in the convention package price. Gene is in excellent condition, and has never been removed from her doll box. The doll box's inner paper is wrinkled and not new-looking. The paper was folded and stored underneath the inner attachment box. I then placed a clear, plastic lid that I made (included), over Gene's box, for dust-free viewing, in the doll room.

Gene is beautiful and mint! Limited Edition #123 of 450.

Gene attends the 1948 Kentucky Derby. Dressed in a mint green coat dress, matching mint green picture hat trimmed with an array of colorful flowers.

Two hatpins, to secure her lovely hat. Other accessories are a mauve neck scarf, mauve gauntlet flowers, fashionable white slip, faux pearl earrings, mint green purse, binoculars, mint green shoes and hose. The collection of Gene dolls, when listed, will be NRFB or will have been displayed in individual plastic display cases. Others will have only been displayed briefly, in my new curio cabinet. I will replace all the displayed dolls, into their original boxes, re-tied, and in excellent condition.

The future listings will note all the details, of how each doll has been stored or displayed. This Derby Dreams Gene doll is from my never removed from box collection, in the doll room. My home is a non-smoking home. Gene dolls are kept in my doll room, with closed doors, in the curio cabinet, or in their individual display cases.

They are safe, secure, and dust-free. I have a cat friendly home, and my curious felines are kept away, from my doll collection.
