Ashton-Drake Galleries Victorian Lullaby in'The Victorian Nursery' Collection
"Victorian Lullaby" 10182-D is the first issue in the Victorian Nursery' Collection designed by artist Cindy McClure, and produced under the hallmark of the Ashton-Drake Galleries, 1994. "Victorian Lullaby" 10182_D, turn of the century nursery ensemble, beautiful blue eyed baby doll, porcelain head, hands, and feet with soft body lies in a Rattan bassinet draped in white tulle canopy, trimmed with shades of pink ribbon and shades of pink flowers. She is dressed in a pink gown trimmed in white lace with matching pink bonnet trimmed with white lace and pink flowers; over gown is soft white net and lace trimmed with a scattering of pink flowers. Her white bloomers are trimmed with white lace. Her pillow, trimmed in white lace and mattress pad are pink.
Note the mattress has a small 1/4 hole in the left lower corner. It is marked in the picture. One bed skirt is white with white lace, 1 pink bed sheet with white bed skirt.
The doll is 16" long, wooden Rattan bassinet is 33" to top of the canopy, 19" long, the wooden stand when assembled is 9" X 12. "Victorian Lullaby" 10182-D comes with bassinet, pillow, mattress pad, wooden stand, COA, bassinet assembly instructions, instructions "How to unpack and display your'Victorian Lullaby' Doll".
The edition of "Victorian Lullaby" ended forever December 31, 1995, at which time molds for this doll were broken and no more porcelain will ever be cast.
