She is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and is from a non smoking home. She comes in her original box with her bouquet of flowers, hang tag, booklet and COA. Her doll stand is still sealed in plastic and her flowers are also sealed in plastic. The stain on the paper shown in the last picture does not affect the doll at all.
