This is an Ashton Drake Pattp Playpal doll which was a remake of the Ideal Patti from the late 50's early 60's. She is in her original clothing, dress, pinafore, matching panties, socks and shoes. She is wearing a wig rather than rooted hair.

There are some red marks on her chest and back most likely from the die in her dress. She can stand on her own without a stand.
